GUIDE SERVICES   Currency converter

The basic cost up to 20 passengers for a 3 hour tour is € 150.  Each additional person costs 3€.

For holidays or for night services between  8:00 pm and 7:00  am there is an extra  fee of  25€.

For special holidays like Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Monday after Easter, May 1st, and August 15Th there is an additional € 25 fee.

Tours out of  Rome, like Ostia or Tivoli, are considered 4 hour tours because of the additional travel time. If the guide meets the group in the village there is an extra fee of  € 10.

For small groups like individuals, families, delegations etc the rate is € 190.

No show or cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the meeting time are subject to pay a fee of the base rate:€ 150 half day; € 300 full day.

TOUR ESCORTS AND TRANSFERS  

Assistance or Tour Escort service  in Italy it cost € 270 full day in the  limit of 12 hours  and €30 extra fee for every hour over the 12 and a refund of € 30 every meal not included in the tour.

For european or world wide tours there is an extra charge of  50 € daily.

TRANSFER from or to the AIRPORT   Euro 150 for 2 hours maximum.

TRANSFER from or to the  STATION  Euro 88.
